Know where your freight is. Every mile.
Enter the VLT load number from your rate confirmation to see the city and state where the truck last reported, how far it still is from the delivery, and the load status. Brokers and shippers can check any VLT load. You can also ask Victoria.
What you can see
- City and state — Where the truck last reported in — city and state, not an exact position.
- Distance to delivery — How far the load still has to go.
- BOL and proof of delivery — Your bill of lading, and the POD as soon as the load delivers.
- Ask Victoria — Share your load number and Victoria will look it up.
How it works
- Find the load number — It is on the rate confirmation for that load. The driver carrying it has the same confirmation.
- Enter it here — At the top of this page, or ask Victoria.
- See where it is — City, state, distance to the delivery and status — then the documents once it delivers.
What we ask for
- The VLT load number from your rate confirmation
Frequently asked questions
Where do I find my load number?
On the rate confirmation for that load. Every VLT driver carries the confirmation for each load they pick up, so the number is on both copies.
Do you show exactly where the truck is?
No. VLT shows the city and state the truck last reported from, not a precise location.
How often does the location update?
