VLT is a truck dispatch service built for owner-operators. We find and book your loads, negotiate rates with brokers, send carrier packets, review rate confirmations, manage BOLs and file detention and TONU claims — so you keep rolling. Once you are on our board, factoring, ELD, trailer leasing and fuel card come with it.
What comes with VLT dispatch

How to get on the board
- Be an owner-operator — Your own truck and a Class A CDL.
- Lease on to VLT’s authority — Run under our USDOT and MC. We handle insurance, BOC-3, UCR and drug and alcohol testing.
- Start dispatching — We book loads and your dispatch services switch on.
What we ask for
- Business name and EIN
- Your EIN letter from the IRS
- Truck year, make and model
- Class A CDL
- DOT medical card
- Cab card
- A photo of your tag (license plate)
- 4 photos of your truck: front, back and both sides
- If you have a trailer: 4 photos of it, all sides
Frequently asked questions
Can company drivers dispatch with VLT?
No. Dispatch is only for owner-operators. If you drive for someone else, start with CDL Hiring.
Can I get factoring or the fuel card without dispatch?
No. Factoring, ELD, trailer lease and fuel card are only for owner-operators dispatched by VLT.
I already have my own MC. Can I join?
To dispatch with VLT, you lease on to VLT and run under our authority. [How existing authorities transfer]
